Booking Terms and Conditions

By reserving or renting Fisheye9, you and your party agree to the House Rules, Policies, Terms, and Conditions and agree that you and your party take full responsibility for your health, safety, well being and personal belongings. Fisheye9 will not be held liable or responsible in any way for accidents, injury or loss of property of any kind.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to reserve Fisheye9 with balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

We will not guarantee ANY booking until a 30% deposit has been made. Since we advertise on several booking sites it is possible to miss out on a date if there is a delay in payment of the deposit.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS:

We are a small, property located within one of the busiest tourist destinations in Australia. When late cancellations are made, most often we are unable to re-book the room, therefore we maintain a STRICT cancellation policy.

  • All reservation cancellations must be made in writing via email and will be noted from the time the email is received. There will be no refund of the 30% deposit. There will be no refund of the full payment if cancelled 2 weeks or less of the reservation.
  • Any reservation changed no later than 2 weeks in advance before the check-in time of 3 p.m. (15:00) on the arrival date will result in a $50.00 administrative. Any changes to your stay are subject to availability. If the changed date is not available the relevant cancellation policy will take effect.
  • If you cancel within 2 weeks of your reservation date, or in case of a no-show, No REFUND will be given.
  • No refund will be given in any other circumstance. No further discussion of refunds will be entered into after the cancellation is made. The decision of Fisheye9 is final.

CHECK-IN

The check-in time is from 3.00pm onwards. An early check in may be negotiated depending on bookings. Please enquire. The door will be unlocked from 3 pm onwards, so you may let yourself in any time after 3.00pm.

WATER USAGE

Water is the most precious natural resource, and water restrictions are maintained across Victoria. We have water saving devices installed across all water sources. Please be mindful of water usage.

SMOKING

Fisheye9 is mindful that not all guests smoke, therefore NO smoking will be allowed inside the premises. You may smoke outdoors. Please utilise ashtray provided and empty on departure.

PETS

We love pets, and they are welcome inside, but ask that they refrain from getting up on the furniture and sleeping on the beds. You are welcome tor bring your own dog bed. We request that all dog hair be vacuumed prior to departure. Any additional cleaning
due to do hair will incur an additional cleaning fee from your bond.

OUR PHONE IS FOR EMERGENCY USE ONLY

In the event of an emergency we will allow the use of our phone. Please ask us if you require assistance.

INTERNET USE

Due to the nature of our location we are on limited satellite internet and as a result cannot provide internet to guests. Mobile internet is available in the area that you can access on your mobile devices utilising your own data.

CHECK-OUT

The check-out time is 10:30 A.M. Late checkout of 12.00pm may be available at a fee of $50 if there is no reservation for the same day. Please enquire if you would like a late check out.

KEYS

Please don’t forget to leave the key on the table or in the door. Lost or non-returned key fee is $30.
